Property Search and Initial Survey
Once you have decided on the area you are interested in, we will do an initial survey for you of all the properties available in that area.
In collaboration with you, we organize a program of visits to all the properties that interest you, so you can choose the best one.

Selecting and negotiating a property
Once you have selected a property, we will conduct all the negotiations to ensure the best possible price for you.
Ensuring Completion of the Transaction
Once the final price has been agreed, a Private Sale Agreement is signed, including the financial terms and the time period for the buyer / seller to have all the necessary certificates to complete the contract.
At the same time we are in contact with notaries, lawyers, engineers, banking institutions in order to initiate the transfer process to complete it as efficiently as possible.
